Who is the TPM NLN?
Our network is constantly growing. To date, more than 800 individuals representing 44 states, Washington, DC, and Canada have completed the TPM Academy training. Current and past graduates of the TPM Academy make up the TPM National Learning Network.
Engagement and Learning Opportunities
Learning does not stop once TPM partners complete their TPM Academy training. The TPM NLN engages in ongoing activities including quarterly and special topic webinars and biannual summits to provide networking and continued learning opportunities. TPM Co/Lab provides the collaboration space for the TPM NLN to learn from one another.
Leadership Opportunities
Faculty and Fellows: Established members of the TPM NLN have numerous opportunities to contribute to the field, including providing leadership and guidance as TPM Fellows, as well as TPM Academy facilitation opportunities as TPM Faculty. For more information, visit TPMacademy.org.
Review Committees: The U.S. Chamber Foundation frequently identifies members of the TPM NLN to participate in research and development projects for new TPM learning content, such as for career and technical education, opportunity populations, job quality, and career readiness. Interested in learning more? Email tpmsupport@uschamber.org.
Mentors: As part of new TPM Academy participants’ learning journey, they are assigned a TPM mentor, someone who has graduated from a TPM Academy, to support their understanding of the framework and have a connection to the TPM National Learning Network.
Coming soon: Verified TPM Talent Supply Chain Managers: Currently in pilot, TPM Academy graduates will have an opportunity to submit a peer-reviewed to earn a designation as a Verified TPM Talent Supply Chain Manager. This status represents that the designee is using the TPM framework and methodology in the field and working with employer collaboratives and/or internal employer teams to build talent pipelines.
