How leaders can make an impact in uncertain times

U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation President Carolyn Cawley shares her perspective on skills-based hiring at this year’s annual meeting of the Fast Company Impact Council:
"We need people to be able to have agency over skills they’re collecting, wherever they took place. You might have served in the military. You might have done volunteer service that’s applicable. It’s hard for people to gather those skills in one place that travels with [them], where they are verified and credentialed."
