Here are five reasons you should register now to attend the 10th Annual International Women's Day Forum: Marking a Milestone, Continuing the Momentum. Early Bird registration ends January 31, so save your spot today!

1. Help Mark a Crucial Year for the Fulfillment of Gender Equality

One hundred years ago, the 19th Amendment guaranteed women’s constitutional right to vote in America. Forty-five years ago, the United Nations began celebrating International Women's Day on March 8. Twenty-five years ago, 189 national governments negotiated a global agreement, the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, to achieve greater opportunity for women.

This year’s forum will explore not only the breakthroughs in women’s empowerment, but also how we can continue the momentum to make sure a truly gender-inclusive society is within reach.

2. Learn from Leaders in the Industry

This year’s agenda will feature five different sessions featuring changemakers, leaders, and visionaries as they share real-life examples of how they are working to achieve gender quality within their workplaces and communities across the globe. Featured speakers have included senior-level professionals from leading organizations such as Walmart, Abbott, PwC, IBM, United Nations Foundation, UPS, Intel Corporation, Qualcomm, Southwest Airlines, Nextdoor, and many more.

3. Expand Your Professional Network

Gather with 250+ private, public, and NGO leaders all in one room to share ideas and form long-term partnerships with purpose. Networking opportunities will be available throughout the event, so there will be ample time to meet new faces and strengthen relationships.

This year, we are introducing a new group discussion format facilitated by experts to foster deeper interactions on organized topics. These group discussions will enable you to connect and ideate with like-minded individuals who are all working to make gender equality a reality.

4. Get Inspired

Our entire program is designed to inspire action and spark innovative ideas that will help drive gender equality in the workplace, community, and marketplace. Session topics will range from how to use data to drive measurable action, to the evolving role of men in advancing the equality agenda. Attendees will leave feeling motivated and inspired to achieve greater change within their organizations and communities.

5. Curated Content to Help Grow Your Work and Have Greater Impact

This year’s main stage speakers will cover a wide range of issues within the context of gender equality, such as:

  • Workplace Dynamics
  • Leadership Development
  • Skillful Negotiation
  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • Intersectionality
  • Allyship
