Mac Milin Kiran holds a master’s degree in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown University, where he specialized in technology governance, cybersecurity strategy, AI ethics, data protection, and the intersection of technology and international relations. His work has spanned critical areas of digital innovation, including in-depth research on election integrity and online child safety, as well as contributions to GovTech and civic tech initiatives that drive public sector innovation. 
 
As a former intern with the Incubator Team at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Mac explored emerging technologies and supported key strategic initiatives that shape the future of policy and business. With a solid technical background from his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore—where he focused on cybersecurity and artificial intelligence—Mac is eager to apply his expertise and insights to tackle the challenges at the intersection of technology, business, and government.
