Eileen Kelly Rinaudo

Eileen Kelly Rinaudo is senior vice president and head of operations for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.

Before joining the U.S. Chamber Foundation, Kelly Rinaudo spent 19 years at McKinsey in their Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice. She partnered with C-suite client teams across industries on critical strategy, investment, transaction, and transformation efforts on a global scale.  She also led McKinsey’s Joint Venture and Alliances Service Line, where she shaped external focus and cultivated new capabilities, knowledge and assets for the practice.

Kelly Rinaudo was also the global executive director of McKinsey’s Advancing Women Executives, an initiative designed to empower senior executives on their path to becoming CEOs and to help them optimize their leadership potential while creating and galvanizing a supportive community.  

Prior to joining McKinsey, she worked at Goldman Sachs in the Merchant Banking Division.

Kelly Rinaudo earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
