Dawn Karber

Dawn Karber, owner/operator of Talent Growth Group, LLC, joined SkillsFWD as director in October 2023 following a 20-year career in the public workforce development industry where most recently she served as Chief Operations Officer to a local workforce board in Spokane, Washington. She is passionate about creating systems that work for all, promoting human-centered design principles, and sharing innovative ways to use Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act funding. In addition to supporting SkillsFWD, Dawn offers technical assistance and training to public workforce systems, volunteers with a local nonprofit and is learning interior home remodeling. She is certified in Human-Centered Design principles, served as a Marano Fellow at the Aspen Institute, and has a graduate degree in public administration.
