Crystal Bryant-Kearns serves as the Director of Events and Engagement for Hiring Our Heroes, a program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Crystal has a Master of Science degree from Kansas State University and has worked in both the public and private sectors across a variety of industries including Education, Healthcare, Government, & Non-profit organizations. 

Crystal is the spouse of a U.S. Army Veteran and serves as an advocate for the U.S. military community. Throughout her career, she has prioritized building high-impact relationships between the civilian and military sectors. As the Director of Events and Engagement at Hiring Our Heroes, Crystal is dedicated to leading best-in-class events that connect our military community with meaningful careers, while diversifying the workforce for American businesses.
