Anna Christen

Anna Christen is the director of operations at Hiring Our Heroes, a nationwide effort to develop and promote military talent in the United States.
Prior to joining Hiring Our Heroes, Anna was the Senior Vice President of Content Operations at Freedom Learning Group, an educational courseware and services provider that leverages talent from military spouses and veterans. She previously worked at Hiring Our Heroes, supporting the Military Spouse Program. Anna also held positions in finance and human resources.
In addition to her civilian experience, Anna served in the Army, both on Active Duty and in the Army Reserve, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Anna holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
