The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation today announced the launch of the first Talent Pipeline Management™ (TPM) Upskill Academy, an expansion of the TPM Academy™. The TPM Upskill Academy, developed with grant support from Walmart as part of its Retail Opportunity Initiative, will build on existing TPM resources to support employers in improving the skills of incumbent employees and preparing them for success in new and changing roles.
North Carolina State Leadership Along With Leaders Across the State's Business Community Join Forces to Support 21st Century Military Families Throughout the State of North Carolina.
Whether new and changing roles are due to modernizing technologies, transformations in how work is organized and carried out within a company, or retraining workers to transition into new jobs because their current jobs are being eliminated, employers must demonstrate leadership in identifying these transitional moments as an opportunity to establish an upskilling strategy to build on existing investments and skill sets.
While there is already research demonstrating the benefits of LGBT-inclusive policies on a company’s employees and its bottom line, the impacts and changes on organizational culture are not as well understood.
